EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICIES

     At Stylish Baby Slings we care deeply about the satisfaction of our customers and will try our best to remedy any issues you might have with our products.   Our goals are to sell you a well made product that fits you correctly and is easy to learn to use. EXCHANGES

Note - If you have already received your order and would like to exchange your sling or carrier, please use the Online Exchange Form

This policy applies to EXCHANGES only, if you are returning your sling for a REFUND, please see our REFUND policy below.

It may be necessary for you to try more than one size to get a perfect fit. Stylish Baby Slings will exchange any sling that is in new, resalable condition. (It may not be dirty, faded, worn, cut, torn, stained, altered, or smell of perfume or cigarette smoke) In general, exchanges must be initiated within 30 days, but we can and will extend this period at our discretion.

U.S. orders may be exchanged at no shipping cost from us to you, once per order, but the customer will pay shipping from them to us. If a 2nd exchange is necessary, then the buyer will pay shipping costs both ways.   

International customers must pay shipping both ways for all exchanges.

If you have questions about how your sling should fit, please email us at info@stylishbabyslings.com. Include your height/weight/bra size and the sling size ordered.   Or, check our new size database.

There is a 30 day time limit on exchanges. If you are pregnant, buying the sling as a gift or need some additional time for some other reason, please let us know the due date in the "comments" section so that we may extend the exchange limit for you. We can exchange new condition slings for up to 30 days past your due date. We can not extend the return period however. Our usual return policy still applies.    To exchange your sling, please use our online Exchange form.

If the online form doesn't work for you, please email us at at info@stylishbabyslings.com to tell us that you would like an exchange along with your size info and any fit questions you may have.      

Return slings to the address shown on your invoice, or email us at info@stylishbabyslings.com to get our mailing address. Please try to fold your sling neatly and flat when returning it to us, to avoid unnecessary wrinkles.

We aren't responsible for items shipped to us that are lost or stolen.  We advise that you purchase delivery confirmation and/or insurance when exchanging slings. We suggest shipping in US priority mail Tyvek envelopes with USPS.com "click n ship". Shipping supplies can be picked up at no cost at any post office.
If you insure the package, it must be signed for.

REFUNDS
      Please consider an exchange instead of returning your sling for a refund. Most problems with pouch slings are simple fit issues and we are happy to work with you to find your perfect fit.

If you choose to return your sling(s), a refund of your total amount less the shipping cost and a $6 restocking fee (per order) will be given when the sling is returned within 20 days of the purchase date. It must be in new condition (Tags must still be attached. It may not be washed, very wrinkled, dirty, faded, worn, cut, torn, stained, altered, or smell of perfume or cigarette smoke, or have pet hair on it).   

Slings that are returned to us after 20 days but within 60 days despite our return policy will be charged a 20% restocking fee.    No refunds will be given after 60 days. Only store credit will be issued after 60 days.



Refunds will not be given for gift certificates. Slings that are purchased with a GIFT CERTIFICATE will be issued a refund by store credit. No monetary refunds can be given for gift certificates. Please email us with any questions!

We will not give refunds for slings that aren't in new condition.   They will be returned to you.

Please include your name, email address and invoice number if you know it. Include a note saying that you'd like to return your sling for a refund.  Please try to fold your sling neatly and flat when returning it to us, to avoid unnecessary wrinkles.

Refunds will be issued by Credit card or Pay pal, however the original order was paid for.   

PLEASE NOTE that Pay pal does not allow under any circumstances for refunds to be sent after 60 days of the payment. After 60 days we can only offer store credit.
